Here at Corner Creek Ranch we raise percentage and purebred Lowline cattle. It's a small cow/calf herd and we enjoy raising this smaller, docile breed of cows. Lowlines are often raised for grass fed beef. Their small size and docile nature, makes them perfect for small acreage owners who want to raise their own beef. We usually have a few young steers for sale in the fall. We also have a few horses(sorry not available for guests or rentals) a couple of dogs, barn cats and a couple of goats to keep our miniature horse, Ashley, company. Corner Creek Ranch B&B offers our guests the privacy of the 1500sq ft. lower level of our home. We have 2 guest rooms, both have queen size beds and private bathrooms with showers. There is a living room with TV DVD/VCR and a dining area with a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. We have outdoor patio areas and 80 acres to roam. If you are traveling with horses, we have space to park your rig and a corral for your horses. We are just 10 miles north of I-80. For hunters, Guthrie County has many public wildlife/hunting areas. For bicyclists, the Raccoon River Valley Bike Trail runs through the nearby towns of Panora, Redfield and Yale. The Dale Valley Vineyard and Winery is just down the road(about 2 miles) Close to the Middle Raccoon River for canoing or fishing.
